Dr Johnson, and his staff are top notch! I actually want to visit the dentist! From the moment my appointment begins, ( always on time) until I check out with the front desk staff, (always smiling) I am treated with care, and compassion. I have been so impressed, I am now using Dr. Johnson for all my dental needs, including cosmetic. His treatment plan was well thought out, pain free, and looks AMAZING! I truly cannot say enough great things about, Tawas Bay Dental, and will continue to recommend to all my friends and family.

So pleased with the staff at Tawas Bay Dental. As a tourist from out of town, they went above and beyond in getting me into to see the dentist
after suffering from a severe toothache on vacation. I can’t say enough about the receptionist who was so kind and professional in listening to my concerns. I would highly recommend them to anyone living in the Tawas area. Only wish I lived closer because I would switch dentists in a heartbeat.

I was at our cottage in Tawas on a Thursday morning when I lost a large filling. Dr Johnson took me as an emergency patient. I had called about 6 other offices and no one would even look at me. He did a very nice and painless filling. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I would defiantly go back to this office.

I had implants done at Tawas Bay Dental and am very pleased. My dentures fit perfectly and I have no issues with pain or eating. I highly recommend them for any dental procedure.

I have worked in this office for 25 years, with the last 4 years working for Dr. Johnson. It is a great place to work! The atmosphere is fun and friendly, while being professional at the same time. Dr. Johnson’s office is my favorite dentist! I was so nervous to find a good dentist up here but they are exceptional! They take the time to make sure everything is correct. They also have the latest and best equipment there.

My husband and I love Tawas Bay Dental! We have been coming here for a couple of years now and they have been the best we’ve had. The staff and Doc are all so kind every time we go in for our routine cleans. They are also great with young kids who are trying out the dentist thing for first time. They are so patient and gentle! An easy 5 stars from us!

Such a great and friendly dental office. Dr Johnson is such a wonderful Dentist. He has a lot of years of knowledge and experience in dentistry. He was correct on my tooth issue and he solved the issue and I had no tooth pain and no problems after seeing him. Maria, his assistant is very sweet and gives instructions on teeth care very well. She held my hand when Dr Johnson had to pull a tooth, which was no pain at all. The shots he gave in my mouth I didn’t even feel. I felt nothing when he pulled out my tooth. I haven’t had any pain at all. Haven’t taken any ibuprofen as I have no pain and slept real good with no pain. I highly recommend seeing Dr Vincent Johnson for all your dental needs.

We are so very lucky Dr. Johnson and his staff took my husband as an emergency patient. We were in Tawas on vacation and was told he needed immediate intensive dental work. The staff were so kind and supportive to both him and to me. It could have been a horrible experience, but due to their professional yet supportive attention to us it truly was not. Everyone went above and beyond to help us both through it. Thank you to Tawas Bay Dental - I highly recommend for anyone and everyone to go to you!

I went to Dr Johnson for some LONG overdue dental work. Knowing it would be expensive and extensive after many years of putting it off. Dr Johnson and Staff assured me that we could work something out that would suit me and help with the pain and embarrassing smile (or lack of smile that I had developed). After the initial exam and consultation; Kim and Dr Johnson made a plan, involved me in the decisions and got to work. Fortunately, I do Not have a fear of dentistry or the typically painful processes it involves. I was more afraid of the cost that MY years of putting it off had caused. So.... between the fillings, the extractions, the root canal(S), the impressions and the delivery of my lower front partial..... I HAVE A TRULY NICE SMILE THAT I AM NOT AFRAID TO SHOW OFF. I can eat anything, smile whenever I want, can still AFFORD food and heat ;) and cannot THANK Dr Johnson and Kim and Staff for the HELP, SMILE and beautiful teeth I now have. I never imagined that a partial could fit so well, not move when eating or doing anything else for that matter and look so Natural. My Dental issues were originally caused due to illness and medications which kept me from seeking dental treatment for years due to cost and then later embarrassment. You will get the Best care, not be embarrassed by Dr or Staff and you will Wonder at yourself for not having come in sooner. Being of European background and having poor teeth and crowding to begin with didn't help. With that said... I had seen many dentists over the years before my illnesses precluded my following up these past ten or so years. I can honestly say that Dr Johnson's dental approach and his professional Staff, put me at ease, was the LEAST painful dental treatment I had ever experienced and had the Best outcome I could have hoped for. I sincerely thought I would end up with full dentures when I started the process. I ended up with a perfect fitting and looking front partial and various extensive other root canals, crowns and fillings that took less time, cost less money, was less painful ...Without embarrassment or judgement. I could not give a higher endorsement or recommendation to Dr Johnson and his Staff. Truly - Thank You!!

AMAZING ! They are a pain free dentist, I have a fear of dentists but this one is different and they are kind, gentile . I don't feel the shots or nothing, I never wait more than 5-10 min. at my appointments. I just had an emergency due to the sudden onset of a really bad toothache, it was really late like 5 at night , they got me a script to make it through the night so I was not in pain, then I got right in the next day I was in and out in less than a half hour and problem resolved , I had a wisdom tooth extraction, and I barely know I even had it done!!! once my daughter was in pain pregnant and no dentist would touch her it also a wisdom I think , she suffered over a month and dentists in the area wanted her to see an oral surgeon, stating it needed surgery to remove it but couldn't be done till baby born, I sent her here and within 20 min. of being there the tooth was out without surgery and her worries were over ! Thank god ! Being pregnant on all the meds for infection and pain worried her while pregnant ! love this dentist and all the workers they are so kind and understanding and never want their patients in pain. I could go on forever on the excellent care but you wont ever want to go anywhere else once you go there ! Make the call and go see them believe me you will be so happy you did.

I'm very satisfied with Dr Johnson his team and his work. I recommend him to anyone. Great atmosphere and bed side manner.

He is cheap and he is quick... He sees you right away... Very reliable.... He is nice
